Rules of Entry
Participants must be at least 10 years of age to participate in the SkyPoint Sea to Sky Q1 Stair Challenge, or 8+ years if participating in the Junior Buddies Climb**.
Cost of Entry
** Junior Buddies 2 person teams must consist of 1 adult and 1 child (over the age of 8), the adult team member must stay with the child team member from start to finish to ensure safety.
Carry-Over of Entries from Last Year
You can enter online until 12 noon on Saturday the day prior to the event (unless the event is sold out prior to this date). Please check individual and team category times to ensure you arrive at the correct time. Entry on the day (provided places are still available) can be paid for with cash only.
All participants are required to pledge a minimum of $35 above and beyond their event registration as fundraising. All monies raised via fundraising assists LIVIN on their mission to break the stigma surrounding mental health as they promote wellness and positive living for young people through awareness, prevention and early education.
To really make every step count we suggest informing family and friends about your climb on social media and email. Simply inform them that 'I am taking on the tallest Building in Australia'. This is a great way to let everyone know what you're doing and you will be amazed at just who decides to donate $$ towards your climb...$35 - easy!
Enter on the Day
Provided that the event is not sold out a limited number of 'on the day' entries will be available. These entries are more expensive than online entries.
If you have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath on the day of the event or in the days leading up to the event please do not attend as your safety and that of others is paramount. We will be happy to either transfer your registration to a friend, transfer your entry to another of our stair challenge events or alternatively can transfer your entry to next years climb.
Should the event be cancelled or postponed due to government COVID regulations, participants may choose to either transfer their registration (to a friend, to another of our events or to next year) or may request a refund.
Please note that refunds include 100% of the entry price but do not include the online transaction fee as this is paid to a third part provider. Similarly, we are unable to refund any fundraising $$. This can however be applied to your transferred event if requested.
